Reflex supports sports flooring projects from early advice and specification through to installation, refurbishment and aftercare.

As a family-owned and run UK sports flooring company, we take pride in every project we are involved in. We work with schools, leisure centres, architects, contractors, sports venues and public sector facilities, giving each client clear, practical guidance on the right flooring system for their space.

Our directors have worked in the flooring industry for over 20 years, while our technical and project management team brings more than 40 years’ experience in the specialist sports flooring industry.

Reflex was first formed as an advisory, specification and supply company, building a reputation for technical knowledge and system expertise. As demand grew for us to install the specialist systems we supplied, we developed an experienced installation team and became the full-service sports flooring contractor we are today.

Reflex can support sports flooring projects from the earliest design and specification stages. Our experienced technical team provides clear guidance on system choice, performance requirements and how the floor will be used over time. Because we are independent, our advice is not limited to one manufacturer or product range.

We take time to understand how the space will be used before recommending the most suitable sports flooring system. This may be one of our established systems or a bespoke sports flooring solution. Every system is rigorously tested and selected for durability, so the finished floor is ready for the way the facility will be used.

03. Install and maintain

Our installation teams are fully trained, highly experienced and approved to install the specialist sports flooring systems we supply.
Correct installation protects the quality of the finished floor and ensures each system is fitted properly for its intended use. We also provide ongoing guidance and maintenance services to help keep your floor safe, performing well and ready for daily activity.

Working with trusted manufacturers, we help clients choose certified timber options where sustainability, material origin and responsible specification are important to the brief.

As an independent specialist sports flooring installer, we are proud to hold this certification as part of the standards we expect from every project we work on.

Responsible synthetic sports flooring

Our synthetic surfaces are chosen with the environment in mind.

Our shock pads and sprung elements are manufactured from recycled rubber car and truck tyres. Our Polyurethanes are free from plasticisers and use the latest water based coating technologies.

Our waste is minimal due to our material calculation on all projects and any offcuts are sent to specialist recycling companies.

British and European EN14904 Standards

Reflex sports flooring systems are specified to suit the environment, activity requirements and expected level of use.

We offer sports hall flooring systems tested to relevant British and European standards, including EN14904. This helps schools, leisure centres, community facilities, contractors and architects specify surfaces that support safe, suitable and compliant use.
